Men's State League Reserves Team Coach Required

Mandurah City Football Club wishes to extend its heartfelt appreciation to reserve team coaches Rob Clackett and Simon Bell as they finished their coaching stint on Saturday with a win against Rockingham City.

 

As both Rob and Simon transition to new opportunities, Mandurah City Football Club is now accepting applications for the position of reserve team manager for the 2025 season.

 

ROLE DESCRIPTION: 

As the reserve team manager, your duties will encompass: 

Team management. 

Organizing training sessions. 

Developing in-game strategies. 

Creating a positive and supportive team environment.

 

JOB OVERVIEW: 

The role involves overseeing all aspects of reserve team football and player development for Mandurah City Football Club. 

It includes establishing a connection between the reserve team and the men's first team as well as foster a relationship with the State League Under 18's coach.

Additionally, the manager will contribute to fostering a high-performance culture within the football department.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Management of the reserve team, including players and staff. 

Collaboration with the State League Men's coach and the State League Under 18's coach to create a cohesive football philosophy that permeates the club.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities. 

Comprehensive understanding of the laws of the game and tactical strategies. 

Proven track record in coaching and team management. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

C License or higher preferred
