If you haven't submitted your team yet, now is the time to act! Get your entry in without delay.
Once your form is filled out, you can conveniently pay the team entry fee online. Just take a screenshot of your payment and email it, along with the completed team entry form, to secretary@mandurahcityfc.com.au. Remember to use your team name as the reference.
We still have openings for players seeking a team. Some teams are only looking for one or two additional players, so spots will fill up quickly. If you're an individual eager to join the Summer 5's or 7's, follow these simple steps.
